Ovine
Meat
We offer suckling lamb and lamb.
We offer different cuts and packaging, some of the most popular cuts include the leg, shoulder, ribs, rack and loin. This meat is packed with essential nutrients, providing high levels of protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Grass-fed or pasture-raised ovine meat is often preferred for its superior taste and higher levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids.
Seasonally, we also offer suckling lamb, slaughtered typically between four to six weeks old. This meat comes from lambs that are still nursing and have not yet started grazing on grass or other solid foods. This lamb's diet consists solely of its mother's milk, which gives the meat a uniquely tender texture and delicate, mild flavour. The meat is paler and softer compared to older lamb and considered premium in the meat market.

We offer different types of goat meat based on the age of the animal, with younger goats (kid) offering tender and mild-tasting meat, while older goats provide a stronger, more robust flavour.
